Starting bonus, additional equity, additional pto, flexible time/working arrangements, professional development budget, coaching budget (p.s. I'm a career and negotiation coach if you're interested 🙂). What other leverage do you have? Can your current employer beat your offer if you stay? Are you clear on your market range and does your offer meet that?

Additional equity!
Initial signing bonus is one I've seen a lot (for attorneys). I agree with the below about asking for more equity or increasing the bonus percentage. You can also ask for educational reimbursement options (if you are thinking of getting a higher degree or certifications).
