I have an offer from tcs for 13.5LPA and nagarro for 18LPA both for the role of associate project manager. I have been a lead at infosys with 8yoe. Keeping in mind that this is the first time i will be a manager please suggest which company is best to learn and secure as the global recession has already begun. Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

If management would band together to protect a PM that hasn’t been delivering/performing well, then you should start looking at other firms. You should be able to bring up very valid claims to upper management without fear of company politics. If this isn’t an option, I would still try my best to get on another project if possible.
If the client is complaining and your company is still ignoring it, that’s not a good sign. I work at a small firm too. I had a PM who worked with us for a couple of years. When he started missing some deadlines, they decided to let him go bc upsetting the client is never an option. I would definitely consider looking at other options.
Am I the only one who would be taking pictures on the sly of her sleeping in meetings?
👀
I really think it might be easier start someplace new.
It’s a small consultancy and chances are you may have to work with her again.
If she’s been here this long creating havoc there are no guarantees that there will be any feedback/follow up and it may reflect on you for good bad or indifferent
Yes, that’s where my thinking is going. 😓
... that my work isn’t up to the project’s standards. But never has given me feedback or sat down with me to talk about it. As a team member, I assist my whole project as well as asking for peer reviews before final submissions. I don’t want her falsified analysis of my work on my evaluations, especially when she sleeps in front of the client. I work at a small company of 200 people and sacred of management banding together. Oh and I’ve only been in consulting and this company for 6 months.
Do you have someone you consider an advocate at your company?
Yes I do! And I keep in touch with my former boss from this company who also left on similar politics with this PM.
