Hi Guys,
Anyone here from RPA domain who can refer me directly to their manager/HR?
I see a lot of openings on Linkedin but after applying the status of those applications never proceeds from 'Under Review'.
If someone can directly refer in their project, it will help.
TIA :)

They asked details for interview by third party recruiting team.
And then after 1 2 weeks, didn't ask me for a date and time, booked the slot themselves.
And I thought that maybe I can try and adjust, but when I attended the interview, no one actually joined the interview.
I stayed for 15 minutes.
I mailed the HR 2 times since then, but no response. This is so unprofessional PwC PwC India

Looking for referrals in @uber. Can anyone help?
If you have enough project hours, you should get your PMP. If you don't have enough hours, you probably qualify for the CAPM exam and get that certification. Next, if you aren't already, join PMP.org, and also your local chapter. Many people in both places know of open positions or where you can look. These are great networking platforms as well.
If you look into starting from the bottom, maybe look at business analyst positions. That keeps you in projects and will potentially allow you to show your PM skills and move up in the company yo PM.
Good luck to you!
Yes, PMI.org, thank you for catching that!
Suggestion-1: as you firms are fairly unknown, provide context - x people, $yM, type of business (IT consulting, private wealth manager etc).
Suggestion-2: reconsider capitalization strategy, confusing why Client and Managed is capitalized but implementing is not. I’d go we all small unless proper noun or industry/business specific term ( such as Scope of Work, or Basis of Design).
S-3: keep it one page and be succinct
S-4: remove hanging indent and definitely fix your date tabs. The best thing you can do is aid a screener in the 30sec review - clean lines, ordered information, reasonable and consistent spacing
Once you have done these, if you want more eyes happy help via DM
Thank you so much! Idk why this version of my resume came out this way normally everything is aligned and on one page. The last time I edited this I must have done something to mess up the formatting. Will edit it again shortly
You should absolutely count your years experience despite a career gap. You are qualified. Apply outside of your comfort zone. When the right company finds you, it clicks into place that you are right for the job even if you have a bit of self doubt. Needing to prove yourself if totally normal. It should not be a barrier for progress. You got this!
Additionally if anyone would like to give me helpful feedback on my resume I’d greatly appreciate it! 🙏🏽
Thank you so much this means a lot 🙏🏽 I’m still young in my career and with everything going on rn with companies laying off people and hiring freezing happening I’m second guessing my qualifications mainly out of fear of rejection.
