Got other offers from Infosys, coforge with 9 lpa offer. One of the small firm( 100+ headcount working in just appian) is offering me 10 lpa
Need suggestions on which one to join.

Having 7.5 yoe with Java spring hibernate, springboot as tech stack, Which one to consider blackrock as associate with 25.5 lpa as fixed plus 2.5 as variable or Nagarro as staff engineer with 30.5 fixed plus 1.5 variable

Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.

Letter mentions progression from grade 3 to grade 4, but at the beginning of the month SM said he is suggesting my name for promotion. Now that it's mentioned as progression in the letter, promotion is out of scope? Or can it change from progression to promotion before feb 4 announcement?

Is appraisal based on pmdp review.i am yet to complete bronze badge and in pmdp it's showing as 0 bronze badge.also the target cpe is 40 while it's showing 13.5 for me..
