I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Interview is in 2 hrs and I just don’t feel like doing it esp thinking if this is the work culture

What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. Got an offer from Accenture & CTS. Both agreed to offer a CTC of 20 LPA, although Accenture is offering more joining bonus than CTS. I am not sure what my current employer (TCS) is thinking right now.
