I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits? We know that IVF is incredibly expensive and for some of us, having children is a top priority. Does anyone know where or how we can petition for enhanced or shared benefits? I have ideas.

Do we know if there is a sponsoring partner that oversees this benefit/ program that I could have more of a heart to heart conversation with? Not getting too far with the general email box and admin contact. From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime. Do I need a new H1B Stamping? I extended my visa last year (new expiration date: 2024 Summer) and got my visa stamped accordingly. Since then, I changed firms and transferred my visa, which now has a different expiration date (i.e 2024 Winter). I honestly don’t know why the date got longer with just a transfer. Anyway, would I need to get my visa stamped again since the date of current i797-A (winter 2024) is different from my previous i797-A/latest visa stamp?

I have raised my PF transfer 3 years back. My previous organisation sent me Annexure K which mentioned that NEFT details. However amount is not reflecting in passbook. I have raised 6 grievance on portal in last 1 year and every time reply that either software is being update or amount found and will update passbook.
