Need advise on IRA. I have an IRA (less than 200k) with American Funds through a financial advisor. Recently joined Big4 and I can't have American Funds and all options through my financial advisor are not valid. Any recommendations on which brokerage to transfer my IRA into that has decent options?

So, I got the job - a formal written offer was made today @ $10k under the company’s “target” base pay. I have been told that the offer that has been made is the best and highest available based on my experience (ideally company would have wanted a few more years).

It really sounds like there’s no room for negotiation but I want to try - do I say that I need $5k-$10k more otherwise I will be unable to accept or do I just accept the very generous offer on the table?
