DM if anyone interested
Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

I’ll keep this as short as possible.
Do not go outside of India if your salary is >25LPA.
The only place which is better both in terms of finance as well as opportunities is the US.
All other countries are facing inflation and shortage of opportunities. And don’t listen to this ‘lifestyle’ bs because if there’s not enough money that lifestyle will not be there.
I agree with what you said DE 1 :) my thoughts are the same for OP.

Fine to leave for Canada with it. But you need to save a bit more if you are married.
Move and switch to 120k+
Since you have the PR, you can go. However depends which state you are moving to, opportunities in Canada are narrowing, search for better jobs and aim for atleast 120-150k in remuneration to build a decent lifestyle.
Keeping recession in mind, do save up funds for atleast 6 months, medical funds and buy health insurance as soon as you reach.
I was also in a similar dilemma. I had Canada onsite job offer from my company for 90k and 24lpa offer from some other company in India.
I ultimately decided to go with 24 lpa - India as
1. it has more purchasing power in India
2. Life in India is easier
3. Job market India>>job market Canada
4. Too much direct and indirect taxes in Canada.
However your case is a little different. You have a PR. If your main priority is quality of life, then by all means choose Canada. If anything else then India is a better option i believe.
