Need genuine suggestions pls. I had left Deloitte in 8 months and had joined a big Product based org. Now, it has been 2 months and I am regretting my decision of joining this firm daily. There is a lot of micromanagement and the managers keeps on shouting daily without any reasons as well. They are asking to work for on call support during weekends as well. I don't know what to do now. My total exp is 4.6 years and this is my 3rd organization. Can I switch again, will it affect my profile?
