Need help assessing an offer from an old tech company versus if I should keep looking. Both jobs are pretty much the same. Current WLB is good, but started looking to test the market should I miss YE promo.

Current - $111k base + 5.5k bonus.
Offer - $125k base + 15% bonus (hourly which I find odd).

Benefits are slightly the same. Location is the same. Little hesitant because something just felt off the whole process (and now the hourly thing) and I won't gain much new experience.

I’m a FTM that recently was diagnosed with antibody induced hypothyroidism. I’m currently at 19 weeks and have been on the lowest dosage of the thyroid meds since the beginning of my pregnancy. My TSH levels went up suddenly to around 4.1 ish and the doctor was a little puzzled as to why that happened, and did a blood test and saw I had antibodies against the thyroid gland.
