Not in that team but yes you will probably have some kind of case scenario and a skills test, and certainly need to talk about related experience.

So I’m about to be let go because my project is ending in two weeks. I started looking for a jobs about 4 months ago. For many of the jobs, I was met with the salary range question during the recruiter interview. I didn’t give a range right away but I also wasn’t moving forward as gave recruiters resistance. After about a couple months, and no movement, I finally gave a range for a position and I moved forward to interview and ultimately job offer.…

I’d like to leave my current company soon (complicated). I interviewed with several companies but no offers materialized (someone had more relevant experience or better fit than I). now running out of roles to apply to. There are a few companies I would have not even considered applying to initially (no industry knowledge, too far to commute, not financially stable) but now feel like I can’t be too picky. Should I just apply to every relevant role I see although I don’t think I’ll be happy there

Just wondering if this local or a problem all litigators are facing. COVID impacted trial scheduling . Courts then set trials randomly. I understand the courts are backlogged and need to keep cases moving. But, matters are being neglected and I feel like the court is setting us up for malpractice.
