Hi HCL Tech,
I have joined HCL Tech 3 months back, is there any chance to change the base location? I have assigned to project and they want for work with client location which is same as current work location.
But I want to change the base location due to the climate of the location and distance from hometown?
TIA

Hi all. I will be rolling off the project and my last day with the firm is on X. I enjoyed my time here and learned a lot from you all. I will be transitioning my work to so and so. Please let me know if I can do anything to make this transition smooth for you all.
What level are you? Assuming a senior/staff? Don’t sweat it too much also don’t feel the need to just speak to fill space and say any unnecessary ramblings.
As far as what to say, I am thankful for all the learning opportunities this firm has offered me over the past x as well as those who have guided/coached me throughout the process and hope to keep in touch while I start the chapter of my career blah blah blah just look up any farewell email and get some talking points from there
What TPM1 said.
Could also add an anecdote of a shared experience “it was great getting through x with you all, I know there was challenges but I felt Y throughout etc”

Don't stress over what to say. What are they going to do if they don't like it? Fire you?

EY is a huge multibillion dollar firm, not some mom and pop shop. Being short on seniors is A) their fault, not yours and moreover B) it is an intentional business decision they made to save money by not hiring/retaining/promoting sufficient seniors, at the known risk of being understaffed.
You are not the first person to leave EY under similar circumstances. They know how to handle it. You won't burn bridges, and everything will be fine 2 weeks after you're gone.
Peace out b****s. See you on the other side.
