Previously interviewed for position at Deloitte but did not receive offer after final round. I’ve applied for other Deloitte positions following the rejection but now each time during the initial phone screening, the recruiter asks for the name of who helped me throughout the recruiting process for the role I did not receive an offer for. I don’t mind it, but my ideal role is a Salesforce manager who oversees the structure of a Salesforce org and leads a team of admins and BAs. From what I can tell, that type of role is rare.
