I am on the first time H1B was laid off on 8th Sept and I signed an offer letter for a new company on 8th Sept itself. Now the new company needs to file for my H1B transfer.
Do I need to provide an experience letter and employment verification letter from my previous company for H1B transfer?

As per my knowledge EPF interest is calculated month on month basis however it is credited at end of the financial year.

What if I transfer the EPF amount to other companies PF account will I be getting the whole year’s interest on the amount that is transferred at end of the financial year or else will it be on pro rata basis?

I did my master’s in computer science and currently a management consultant. Does this have any impact while Pwc files h1b for me as far as my role in the organization is concerned.

All fellow folks who have been waiting for GC for years and hence can’t change job.
