Currently on L1 level

Fixed comp: 8.75LPA

I am aware that I'm being paid above average. However, I've been thinking of switching recently and not sure how much to quote as expected and what would be the standard.
Someone said my comp is above slab, so does that mean i shouldn't switch for now?

Pls share your thoughts on this.

So my client hires a management specialist to prepare their stock option comp calc and FS disclosures. We do testing over new adds, tie out inputs to their Black Scholes for new grants and do a general completeness check on the comp calc, and have eval'd mgmt spec as competent. How much recalc should I do over the calc itself? Should we get an audit spec to opine on the mgmt spec's work, or is that overkill?
