I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. I work with this guy (desi), who switches to American accent around non desi people and speaks in Indian accent in desi circles. Like he would pronounce T , P and C as an American would with all the other nuances. I don’t think it is good or bad, but curious if folks practice on matching their accents to their audience. Have a coworker who tends to struggle with coming up or creating her own framework when creating deliverables. If there is no ‘template’ that she can use and fill in the content, she gets stuck. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

Our 3 year old cat got diagnosed with a heart issue. Genetically weak heart muscle or something apparently and we won’t know how long he has - could be weeks, could be 1-2 years.. 😞 just hope he doesn’t feel any pain.
