I currently have 2 offers:

1. Delloite USI (Analyst) - 8 Lpa fixed +10%VP + 75K JB
2. EY GDS (Associate consultant) -8.5 Lpa fixed + 5%VP

Skillset : SAPUI5/Fiori Developer
Y.O.E : 2.7

I have already negotiated with Deloitte with EY offer and the above is what they offered me. should I go with Deloitte USI? Also is there anyone from this skillset from either of these 2?

P.S : IK WLB is thrown out of the windows in both of these organisations,but I just want to try my luck!

Found out that I’ll be laid off come 2021. I’ve been interviewing quite a lot recently, but what happens if I don’t find a job by February, my new employer sees my resume as currently working, and checks with my current employer on my resume, and finds out that I’ve been laid off?
