I actually think that's a good offer. Fine to ask for more but that's solid imo.
Just keep in mind 12% is up to 12% and not every sc will get a guaranteed 12%
28%? 🤯
I’m working through an offer right now being told bonus is 17% at SC. Still negotiating the rest but that’s what they are telling me. Mine is FS space though.
And yes for human capital.
For perspective, I was hired this year @ $120k GPS, $8k sign on . So that sounds gravy to me. Hopefully this will be an indicator of what to expect on Dec 13th for the market adjustment.😄👍🏼
Do you have hard technical skills? I would say that’s a good offer. I came in 4 months ago as a commercial SC 4YOE at 135k base, 5k sign on and up to 17% bonus. I rebutted and recruiter came back 2 days later with nothing lol Keep in my my original ask was 170 then they softened me up to say 150. Either way it was a hefty comp increase for me and the first “brand” I have on my resume. I’m here mainly for the exit ops and plan on leaving in 2 years for a massive increase

Commercial or GPS?
Commercial
Ask for a higher amount. Worse they can say is no
Is this under advisory or consulting? Good for advisory, low for consulting
Ya, I think it is great for advisory
They offered me a offer letter in 1 hour after they said the verbal offer. Can I still go back and ask for higher base ?
She sounded like there was no room for negotiation and she was doing her best
Yes
Holy mother of
Is this HCOL? There are managers in Advisory who are not at these levels.
HCOL?

High cost of living
I guess it’s HCOL with the present housing market
Pro
Push for 150 minimum
Once you accept the verbal, it's annoying for them/much less likely that they will redo the written
There is always room to negotiate- the worse that can happen is answer is no
Finally had to accept the offer as is…..recruiter was like she couldn’t do anymore than offered
Best of luck to ya bud
