Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. At the company I work at we boost every Instagram and Facebook post that we make. My budget per month was $4000 for Q2. So our impressions look amazing. For Q3 they cut my budget to $2000. Impressions for august are already down 90% compared to other months. Without being able to get more in my budget (that is not an option) how can I get my impressions up each month?
