Hey fishes, i hd applied at amex for the role of business analyst though a recruiter. After 2 rounds of interviews, the recruiter calls me and tell me that she received mail from amex that i shall keep my documents ready and I’ll be receiving a call by this week for salary negotiation. My last ctc was 6 lpa and recruiter tells me the budget for this role is 20 lpa. In expected ctc i had mentioned that my ask is of 15 lpa negotiable. Hi, struggling here. Boyfriend’s sister got pregnant at 20 and she has decided to get an abortion. Parents and boyfriend are encouraging her and “logically” is seems the right decisions because she and her boyfriend do not have a possible way to care for this baby. Boyfriend is a new christian and family catholic but not practicing. I’m struggling with trying to not be judgmental about the support for abortion. For people joining in September, how is the appraisal and Variable Pay(RRP) calculated and what's the average hike for these cases ?

Are round neck t-shirts not allowed in Optum offices? It's mentioned so in the dress code manual.

I received offer from optum with 28.5 fixed and 20% variable over it. But joining date is end October, so will I be getting variable pay this time(means next year in 2023)? or do I have to wait for next appraisal cycle because that would be in March 2024.
