So I keep applying for leadership roles (supervisor and manager level). Keep making it to final interviews and I am not chosen. The feedback I get is they were very impressed with my interviews and they forward my resume to there colleagues for another leadership opportunity and I end up with the same results. They do include that they went with someone that had mgmt experience. The emails aren’t generic I may add. However I am not sure what else I can do to land a spot? Thoughts please!

Considering from DC - primarily for family reasons, although my family isn’t in WA, but it’s the closest American city to them in western Canada.
