So update. I’m going to ask the company to put a pause on my offer. I go on vacation at the end of July for 2 weeks and there is no reason to bring start a new job and use up all of my PTO.
Appreciate all of the responses here!
What’s the growth path look like at current job? If it’s good, leverage your offer and stay. If not then leave and chase the bag

No bonus is rough tbh. Get some competing offers
Appreciate this advice. Thank you
Don’t settle for an offer you’re not happy with. Also if you are in a stable job, consider holding off on a move right now given potential market woes. All-in-all this jump isn’t worth it given extra tax burden, potential recession, and lack of bonus.
Yeah it's weird. Like I am not overjoyed about it. Which is strange for me.
I'm not sure what you all are eating/smoking/drinking right now ... It's a 21% increase on the current salary. Why on earth would OP not entertain that, assuming s/he have a modicum of interest in the new job, given they've interviewed with them and then negotiated the salary?
Also a fair point 😂
$180K to configure Office 365 is pretty high, no? Maybe I'm just oversimplifying it.
Well you are just a project manager so you would think that lol…I kid I kid. M365 features so many things that most companies don’t have in house. With more and more companies going to the cloud it just makes sense that expertise has skyrocketed.
