Need some advice. Current job I make 149k. Don’t do a whole lot lol. Specialize in M365 suite. Compliance/ collab. Got an offer today for a new company. 175k, asked for 185k, settled on 180k. Benefits are so-so. No bonus. Seems like a no brainer, but need the internet to tell me. I’m at around 11yoe.

I resigned from my job back in Oct 21 and needed a break from my career due to having a baby 4 months before Covid hit, we found out my mom had cancer right when covid hit so I was taking care of both my baby and my mom during recovery, on top of going back to work full time since my maternity leave was over.

Did anyone else in Illinois receive a letter from the Illinois Department of Revenue stating your Tax Paid to Another State has been changed to $0 because they couldn’t verify compensation made in other states and requested that you send in W-2s for verification?
