NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.
Hello! Is anyone working at Spotify or HubSpot within product/project management that would be willing to connect for a virtual coffee chat?
I’m a recent grad and currently working in tech/product development. I have been interested in growing my career at either of these companies and would be grateful to gain insight on day-to-day and steps you took to successfully break in.
I know this might be a big ask here, but it’s been difficult trying to land one on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance

What's your reasoning behind the MBA in the first place? You may not need it if you're just looking for an industry position
With no MBA myself, I'd say go local and leverage the university/ alumni network into business contacts
A lot of positions prefer MBA's in industry after a couple years where I'm looking. However I believe they don't necessarily require MBA's from a top school.
IMO it's not worth getting an MBA if it's not a top 15, maybe 20 school. You should be able to get these jobs without an MBA, just work for it
moving from where I live. Do I still pay a ton and do a top 20, or just do a decent but not great in-state MBA for half the price? Justification would help too :). Thanks!
What EY1 said. If no one recruits in your city and location is a priority for you, there may be no point
Are you planning to do full time or exec?
Most likely full time. I think I should be able to afford to go full time if in state and it would be a nice break from working.
If you are trying to stay in your location. In state MBAs can be great. You won't have the national brand of that top MBA but your local area will be fine
