Need some advice!

I'm a recent PhD grad (30 yo) in STEM, and just got some offers from different companies. Particularly, two of them are interesting to me.

1) from a Energy Market Company in Pennsylvania as an Operations Research Scientist, 95k + 15% bonus + very good benefits and generous PTO. It's a very chill job (9-5) with good people but limited opportunity to growth.
2) from a consulting company in NYC as a data science consultant, 130k + 10k signing bonus.

Which one you choose? why?

Hi everyone! I have my first round of interviews at Dapper Labs this week for a Content Marketer role. They mentioned in the email that they would want to talk about compensation during the call. Does anyone have an idea of what the band is for this role/department?

When talking about salary, do you usually say your base or TC?

I have many options to consider but two options below are what I’m thinking of right now.

Job A: Project Engineer. 135K/yr base. 10% signing bonus.

Job B: Senior Project Manager. Contract. $60/hr standard. $90/hr overtime.

Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. Nail biting ..Why waste my time again …she didn’t know the budget… so we proceeded forward, her reply ..advised me to talk w hiring team but in final interview there was no opportunity to speak abt salary w hiring team ….Have to say I enjoy the posts & it’s a decent networking site!!
