NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.

Honestly, as a current AWS employee, if you like where you are and the culture- stay. AWS is a firehose that doesn’t stop.
No complaints of culture at Intel other than more urgency is needed to become leaders. Is the culture really that bad at AWS? What if it's a good manager, would that sway any of you?
I don't think it would be seen as an upgrade, although possibly a kind of lateral move. Life at AWS can get hectic. If you're happy at Intel, I wouldn't be in a big hurry to let it go quite yet.
I think WLB would not be as great over there, so it really depends on how much time and effort you are willing to put into the position.
I have heard mixed reviews of WLB at Amazon and some pretty awful things about culture.
Have also heard mixed reviews - think it depends on team and location, Seattle might be better. Yes, I think it's a step up from Intel, granted, imo, not enough to sacrifice WLB.
honestly, I gotta agree...I have not heard great things about working at Amazon. I think if you like Intel, stick with it - there will be other opps for Seattle other than Amazon
I had them as clients when I worked at an ad agency and they were hands down the worst people I’ve ever encountered
Having made the shift I can clearly see why people don't like AWS or Amazon culture. There are some really smart people but unfortunately there are some that are nightmare to work. The culture is top down and the people/practice managers are treated better than individual/talented people.
