Think the below is a good offer, though the recruiter used "Sr. Manager" title while internally its only Manager level with "promise to elevate soon". Recruiter also said this is their max deal (take it or leave it):

New company: fintech, $220k base, 15% bonus, $100k stock paid equally over 4years.

Little about me: 15+years in on-prem/cloud infrastructure, including 8 years of management of 8-15 people. 90% team vs 10% tech.

Have you ever given honest feedback to a company when leaving? For example the d&i initiatives leadership is taking has lead to joking about common racial stereotypes in office whenever an update is sent. I’m not used to those comments being said so freely for all to hear and fear they’d hire a minority (as part of those initiatives) in my place and subject them to that. I’m not sure what there is to gain but wanted to get other points of view.

At some points, I feel I am becoming a problem magnet 🧲. Anything I touch or get involved in, tun into a nightmare despite doing my best not to screw up. I was a top performer a few months ago, and now I am a team blocker. I feel it so hard to disappoint people around me whom I respect a lot. Helpless 😞😞😞

Any idea around the base comp & bonus for a manager/senior mgr role (11yr exp) in Germany for Deloitte consulting/digital? Glassdoor shows a wide range from 58-124K- not sure if that’s base or all in.

I’m just wondering, our district gave teachers here a $2000 bonus but after it was taxed, many of us only received $1300. Has that happened to anyone else?

Im 28 years old - I am a consultant in MA. I make 63k a year. No bonus, sub-par bennies. I have friends who work in similar (and different) fields who are raking in over 100k a year. The company I work for is small. Maybe that's why I haven't had the chance to move up. But im curious where you guys were at 28. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you guys

Just got offered a job for 80k and yearly profit bonuses about 6-7% of salary. My salary now is 65 with bonuses around 4%. The new job is with a small company but fairly similar to what I do now. I have two dilemmas. ONE is that I have 3 more interviews early next week with larger companies that might offer more benefits. Is it ok to tell the one company I need more time?
