Hi Team. I joined accenture on 1st July 22 at level 9( SAP). This is my first exp at a service base. Few Questions:
1. How much perc variable i can expect in Nov.I am charging since day 1. Was on bench for a week.
2. Will i be given an hike in nov 22.

I stumbled into a PM role at a startup which I really liked so I decided to go for it. I joined my current company as a Jr. PM just to get into the door as a “career changer”. I hate rejecting interviewees. :( some of them are genuinely nice people and I think many of them have potentials, but just not the right fit for my team because of skill sets and experience level. I know there’s no perfect candidate and all but some are just not going to be the right hires. It’s ny first time hiring ppl so it feels very uncomfortable and guilty. And I think “hiring based on attitude” is very idealistic and not applicable in most real life scenarios
