Anyone switch from Microsoft M365 / Power Platform to Salesforce? I'm work for a DOD contractor and the week to week as a remote guy just has no sense of mission or excellence. Guys collect a paycheck. No small talk, no collaboration, no learning. I fear staying within M365 and Power Platform will to a certain extent limit my opportunities to similar DOD / Fed contracting firms, where the culture will be the same. First job in tech. Thoughts?
