Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.
CCTC - 6LPA
YOE - 5

I had Cigna and met with a psychiatrist and was able to get medication pretty easily.

Probably not. Your PCP can do this for you if you’re looking for medication or a diagnosis for ADHD. Your benefits will specifically say if you need referrals to see a specialist if you feel like you need to see a specialist for whatever reason.
I was diagnosed as an adult after being flagged as a kid (I didn’t have the hyperactive symptoms, had good grades so parents ignored it). I went to an out of network psychiatrist based on reviews and it was the best decision. He actually does not take insurance but I self pay and my insurance company reimburses me. I was diagnosed at 23. Insurance companies do not like adhd diagnoses and often require formal adhd testing (around $700 out of pocket) in order for the doctor to diagnose you. This testing is extremely time consuming and torture if you do have ADHD. Insurance does not cover my RX but generic is ~ $30 month through GoodRx app. Btw, my shrink shared if you have ADHD- one of your parents does. My mom was diagnosed after me and the medicine changed her life. Women with have adhd are often misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression. Good luck!
I have UHC but was just diagnosed with ADHD recently!
I was able to go straight to a (in network) psychiatrist without a referral.
Medication for ADHD can be really pricy so make sure to see what options are covered with your insurance and REQUEST THE GENERIC BRAND.
