Need some helpful advice. Is anyone else experiencing this with their company where they are forcing employees to come back to the office but hired them under a hybrid position? Currently two COVID outbreaks in two weeks and even though I was hired as a flexible remote/hybrid, the sudden change is not what I signed up for. How do you go about this?

Just graduated w a FT offer at a T2 (S&O, OW, LEK). However, full time start date has been pushed to next year. Is there any way to recruit for MBB in the next coming months? (Realise that hiring is low because of COVID)
