I’m an A2 in audit at a midtier (BDO/RSM/GT). Eventually want to make the move to Big 4. Should I be applying now or wait until senior promo? Some background if it matters: I didn’t get promo’d to senior for August 2022 - I joined the firm in Fall 2021 as an A2 (I have one year and a half working in industry). Thus I have only completed one busy season so far. I’ve been staffed on a mix of pubco and large private engagements, some where I acted more as staff and others more as the in-charge
