level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

Keep going. Get the offer. Then take a critical eye to these details. Maybe ask about culture and work life balance at the end when they prompt you for questions.
Your instinct is probably correct. But you should focus on getting the offer right now. Don’t sabotage yourself.
Thank you! Needed this motivation
Good luck - you’ll kill it!
Once you get the offer, I would ask to speak to a few team members at different levels outside of the interview environment and try and get an honest opinion on the culture and work life balance.
You might also want to do some LinkedIn stalking to find some recent leavers. Shoot them a message and see if they’d be willing to chat.
6 rounds is crazy though - do you mean 6 interviews, or 6 rounds of multiple interviews each round?
Ah right, 6 interviews is reasonable although 4 is probably much more common. I generally think #5 and #6 is just a final check and it’s yours to lose at that point. Best of luck!
I feel like I should just go ahead and continue with the interview process since I’m so far into it, but part of me feels like it’s a waste of time
