To diversify you could add an international fund or a small cap fund. You could always add a bond fund, but if you are young, you probably don’t need bonds. Just so you know the 2 you mentioned are the same so you don’t need both in your Ira

since you have Vanguard already, here are some Vanguard suggestions - these are funds not ETF but if you are just doing periodic purchases, that's easier to deal with. VTIAX - Vanguard Total International. I have a lot of this one. It hasn't performed as well as US funds but it gives diversification from US market. VASVX - this is a high growth mid-cap fund (I don't own this one but it will give you diversification from S&P and historical performance has been very good). and my last suggestion VWNFX. This is a large cap fund, they claim to have less volatility than the S&P. Performance has been good. I just recently started buying this instead of S&P500 for my regular monthly purchase.
