Appreciate any helpful tips and tricks! Would also love to hear from anyone who also has dyslexia on any of the more unknown cohabitating traits / symptoms that could be helpful to know when mentoring someone with this disorder.

I am currently serving notice period.
I cleared 3 Tech rounds of Siemens EDA ( mentor graphics ) . After that it has been around 2 weeks and HR is saying that they are waiting for some approval due to financial year end .

Should I keep my hopes high of getting offer letter or look for opportunities somewhere else ?
Usually how much days does it take after Tech round till offer letter release ?
