Need some travel tips for Vegas (not gambling lol) will be there for a couple days. Recommendations?

How do you get over not being at your old weight or know that your new weight IS the weight you’re supposed to be? Throughout my early-mid 20s, I was 132-142, only attaining the lower end w/unhealthy dieting habits and excessive exercise. Due to work travel/vacay/holiday gains I could never shed, and probably genetics/aging, my new norm in my late 20s has been 142-152. More in comments.

Starting as an SM in S&A on the strategy side in the next few weeks. What does travel budget generally look like? I understand first class flights are a no go domestic which sucks, but hoping hotel and food budget makes up for it. Also, does Deloitte pay for platinum Amex or is that out of pocket?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
