Need to get an AE some social media and community management training. Any recommendations? Free is great, but $$ okay, too

I was working at Company A and it was acquired by Company B. Company B is extremely difficult to get into through normal means. I was insanely lucky to be at Company A when this happened. However, they kept my salary the same. I’ve been at company B for 6 months now and have been doing the same work as the other UX Designers but I’m paid WAY less than them. How do I navigate this in the wisest way? Do I just need to be patient?
