My son finished his first year of college and transitioned to community college as covid19 rose up. He learned to code in python during this pandemic from university of YouTube and has already started to create a shoe shopping app! He LOVES to code and wants to learn more. He doesn’t love taking philosophy or physics in college. He can spend hours coding Looking for guidance. Continue down traditional 4 year degree route, computer/data science. Or do an intense coding boot camp-remotely

I started at my office over a year and a half ago as a legal assistant. I moved up to a paralegal role in December, but once Covid hit and we let some people go, I was given some of the responsibilities of legal assistant and receptionist on top of my paralegal position. They want to increase my salary to $33,000 /year, which is a substantial increase, but I was making so little as a legal assistant that I’m not sure. I live in a metropolitan city with 1 yr experience. Let me know your thoughts!
