My joining date is 5th September 2022 (next Monday). Till now I have received any On-boarding intimation from HR. The HR doesn't respond to emails, even when I keep myhr.gds in CC. HR also didn't share the mobile number, hence I can't contact her. My LWD is 2nd September. I have another offer from CTS. Because of no response from GDS HR, i am not able to inform the CTS HR that I won't join. Very frustrating moment. I am thinking whether I still have the Offer from EY or not. Pls help

I joined EY GDS on august 2nd 2021 as advanced analyst for US taxation. I don’t have enough hours but I have over all 3 years of experience (2.7 Deloitte and Ey - August 2021 till now) in US tax and very good feedback untill now. Is there a possibility to get senior promotion this year?
If over all hours is the only main criteria then I would not get this year?

Hi Folks

Its been 2. 5 years in EY GDS in TTT as a Senior 2 Test Engineer. Kind of weird work I feel because, when it comes to Delivery, zero process and odd way of planning. The way they follow Agile is such a comic act.
Though the stakeholders are even from EY, leadership acts like a rubber spine without correcting them on their decision or educate the process which they need to follow . It really feels like I quit this organization.

I got offer from EY GDS, but it says 'appointment letter'. If I accept and sign it digitally, does it mean I am obligated to join them and not reject later if I get better offers? Please let me know if it is normal for EY GDS to send offers as 'appointment letter'

I got a 110% offer from EY GDS. In the offer letter it is said I will be on a probationary period for first 6 months. I have got 4 other offers, but none of those companies mentioned about serving probabtion period. Is this quite normal in Big4 companies? Do EY fire/terminate employee during Probation period? Do they extend probabtion period? Your help will be very kuch appreciated.
