Need Your Guidance!!!

As a product engineer, I have almost two years' experience in .Net, C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React, NodeJS, SQL, AWS, I am looking for companies in FAANG or its equivalent level.

I'm not sure if I should enhance more framework domains which I already know or if I should start preparing for DSA and competitive programming. I am a beginner at DSA and CP.

Next week FAANG earnings begin with NFLX and following 2 weeks all the big boys go. Are earnings going to be catalyst for next leg up or next leg down? I don’t think better than expected works anymore like it did in the summer.  One thing to note though all the major tech companies but Apple are trading below where they did at Q3 earnings.

Been Interested in working at a FAANG for the past 5 years. I am a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Product Owner. I never see many roles in those areas at most FAANG companies ?? Can someone help me out ? Is it a different title at those companies and are referrals needed ??

How long does it take end to end starting from interview call to interviews to day 1 in and of the FAANG companies assuming I need a work visa.. only looking for approximation time so I can start my search accordingly

Received an offer from Amazon but I'm concerned about negotiating hard and ending up with an offer that's on the higher end of the pay band when compared to the rest of the (future) team. My concern is during an economic downturn, it would be easier to let me go if the team needs to be downsized. This would be because I would have the least experience on the team & more expensive to retain from a cost perspective.

Should I give salary expectations based on cost of living in the city where the office is located or based on where I’d live working remotely? Cost of living in the office location is a lot higher than where I’d live but since they are also considering in-person candidates, I know the budget is there.

Any IPs in here? I have a quick question how do you get other employees to assist with remanding their co workers when they see them do something wrong? I work in a 4 floor rehab/LTC facility and I can not be everywhere. I am the only IP in the building. I do the best I can but when I speak to some people they are just blaming other people like “oh I saw so and so do this you didn’t talk to them”. I can’t educate or remand what I don’t see. We should all work together in keeping everyone safe.

I have this question always in mind.Big product based companies are asking DS problems. But I am not sure when/where they are implementing those problems(tree,graphs) in real time projects. Anyway the developer will be working in API, service logics,UI or POC kind of things right. I heard ,most of them are saying its for filteration for an interview and I have seen many answers in quora. But somehow I am not clear.
