Jp morgan (in pipeline) :expecting 20lpa
Role: documentation specialist (not BA) - 601


Please suggest which one to choose

Should you stay in a position that has very limited promotion opportunities because of its org structure? We have a relatively small team of various bands of staff level who report to a Director who has no intentions of adding additional mgt layers (understandably). There is apparently growth opportunities on a IC track, but those don’t seem to be granted as often as management promotions. If I want to grow into a more strategic role overall, what other options should I look into/discuss?

Hello brothers... I have been offered 27L from EXL, I was communicated before sending the offer letter that it would be in hand amount. However the annex shows that

LTA - 75k
Telephone Reemburshment - 28k
Vehicle Maintainence - 25k
Driver - 10k
Lease of Car - 2.5L

Aprox - 3.80L to be under claim based remuneration and not actual ctc.

Request to suggest, if this 3.80L partcan be negotiated and put under actual CTC...

Hi Sharks, I am in a dillema. Recruiter from a company called me that I am selected for the role. After 1 hour another recruiter called me to schedule first round, from a different posting. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.
