Hey folks, I've got an offer with JPMC and BACI each, and JPMC is paying 10%+ bonus more than BACI. I'd like to know if the added pay would be worth the loss of WLB cause I've heard that JPMC isn't too great about it, and BACI is. Any feedback is appreciated.
