I am all for mental health awareness, but…

For all parents to be, those w/infants & young children, get this book!! We started the program at 4 months old & my kids slept 12-14 hrs a night. As teens, they know their bodies so well, they come to us and say, my body is tired, I’m going to bed. It’s quite incredible. It doesn’t matter - sleepovers, football games - they know when they’ve had enough. We were ridiculed by friends & family because until they were 10 yrs old, we were quite militant, but it works.

How do you break past a plateau?
Increase your protein intake and cut down on hunger by making a large bowl of oatmeal in the morning with whey protein mixed in. Huge amounts of protein, high fiber to keep you full and satisfied, cleaner than the majority of breakfast foods. For cravings be sure to not keep unhealthy snacks (or really most snacks) in your house. Rid the house of them, otherwise it’s very difficult to stop
Thanks guys!!
Are you restricting certain foods? This often leads to intense cravings.
Not really.. I was doing intermittent fasting and actually that was working really really well for me.. but I went on a trip and since I’m back (2 weeks now) I’ve been really bad with my intake
