Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Are you the head of the dept? Also matters year’s doing that role. Also, are you committed to fix a broken dept or just go there on a client team retained? I would look at time in role if there to fix something - can do 1 year salary if let go without cause within 1 year and the it goes down to 9-6 mos in yr 2. You want to give them a poison pill that allows you to make some breathing room for when you rub people the wrong when when they don’t want to change and start blaming you for things, because you’re affecting change. If not there for that, 3 mos? Depends on what you want. Can also ask for paid benefits, etc. good luck.
2-3 months
Another option: 2-3 weeks for every year worked. Also consider including coverage for health benefits for an extended period of time
Forget it. Won’t happen.
I’ve heard 3 months. For top jobs it’s absolutely negotiable. Especially because it damages your reputation if you lose your job early on.
