Hi Folks,
My wife has 5 years of experience in Banking Industry now she want to switch her career in IT, she has worked as coding instructor for html/css/js/react native, she has React certification as well. Now she is ready to take interviews.
Now how to convey this to recruiters and are they ok to take interview for frontend developer, how much experience can be considered and what salary can be expected?

Start with saying Ford Raptor. But if you're trying to meet them in the middle, can't go wrong with just a regular F-150.
Dodge, in my opinion. I was a big fan of the Dakota before they discontinued it, and especially the R/T model, back in the day.
Do everything to make them throw the first number out. 9 times out of 10 that’s the better starting point for the candidate
If they really push for a range, tell them 10-20k higher then where you really want to be, but emphasize you are really looking for the right long term fit and are open to negotiate based on other benefits etc
I know what number I'm willing to accept, so I let them make first offer, if I'm happy with it I accept, if not then I say I'm looking for x, if they dont offer that much just reject the offer because you wont be happy knowing you accepted less then what you wanted. Most of the time they ask you how much you are looking for before the interview so nobody is wasting their time. Unless it's one of those companies that interview you with no intention of ever hiring you because they already know who they want, they interview you just so they can meet their quota.
Tundras are junk. Go with a Duramax diesel if you want a big boy truck
This is hilarious 😂 ah I see.... meant tricks and I got to hand it to you all
Depends on the new job and title. If you are very qualified then just express that you can bring more value right away because you are experienced etc. If it’s a bit of a reach then express that based off of your market research you would expect X amount for this position and your experience. Honestly idk how much it matters with 0-5yr jobs, the salary talk is with some HR recruiter, they are just going to go back to your soon to be boss and say that you asked for more money. Only trick is, be vague and get them to offer the salary first. Don’t disclose your current salary if you don’t have to (some states passed legislation recently).
Hey Tundra is not bad at all and it’s Japanese, so reliability is high....
