We were under income thresholds by a good margin based on salary so I was fine contributing throughout the year… except I just got a massive unexpected bonus (yay) that shoots us over the income limits (I think). 1. Is the income limit based on AGI or before tax gross? 2. Assuming I’m over limit for 2021 based on AGI anyway, is there anyway to fix this?

6 months in with my company. Steep learning curve. I‘ve expressed to my director that I’m having a hard time learning our complex products WHILE being handed this amount of accounts at once.. a few of which were in bad shape. It’s forcing me to be working 50-60 hours consistently which I was told wouldn’t be the case.
