JW at LA Live is better option. 3 blocks from DTLA.
The Westin was awesome in 1976, now it’s just a big ass beige hotel.
Westin
Sheraton is best situated for bars and restaurants. +1 for the recently remodeled. JW is going to be the nicest, but is at LA live, which is a touristy spot... Not great restaurants or bars.
In all fairness, either JW or Westin are 10 min walk from Sheraton.
Westin!
JW
Sheraton
There are more restaurants and food/drink options in that area plus Westin rooms are a bit older and shabbier
Neither, but Sheraton was remodeled fairly recently so I’ll give it the nod. As far as chain hotels go, the Checkers Hilton is a better option. If you like to party, can’t go wrong with the Standard or Ace.
Rank is Ritz, Sheraton Grand, JW, Westin Bonaventure. But that said, I like the Bonaventure and will typically stay there.
Ritz or JW if you don’t mind being unable to walk as easily to the rest of the financial district.
Westin! Atrium is awesome
Whichever is more expensive
