I have an interview for a TPM role that I didn't technically apply to (my resume got passed along). I work in a technical environment but dont have a technical background. Do I actually have a real shot??
How technical are TPM roles? I know how to talk to technical people but not make technical decisions myself. Amazon Project Kuiper.

Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Sorry to hear that. You're a good guy/gal and everything is going to be alright. Take care.
@P1 thanks for he encouraging words
@E1 they were doing some realignment and asked if I wanted to make a change to my role. I said I was open to it but apparently someone else was a little more interested. It turned out to be an ultimatum and now I’m getting rolled off.
I have a $hit client who always threatens to roll us off. He’s finally rolling us off and am counting down with excitement even to the expense of my current utilization. If you’re good you can go everywhere. Not being complacent but you deserve better.
What was it for?
Dont be upset...you performed fine and the roll you were in ended. Just move on and be happy
It happens to the best of us, I’ve been there (client product lead was clinical - seriously) but at the end of the day I know I did my job to the best of my ability, under what I would consider the worst circumstances....but at the end of the day we (as consultants) are replaceable. As long as you know you performed well, then your lead will know (and your company) brush it off, it’s a learning experience for the next engagement, & move on to the next, that’s the beauty of consulting. (Keep your head up & enjoy a well deserved break)
