Any federal AWS solutions architect working for Deloitte? How is the hiring process, especially for those that do not have hands on cloud experience? I’m getting a feeling there’s more focus on expanding work with experienced hires and less on growing people who have potential and related skills.

Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Thanks everyone!! :) Demo: Male/25/White Male/First Gen College, Stats: 770 GMAT, 3.4 GPA at a good public schools (Michigan, Berkeley, UCLA, UVA, UT Austin, etc.). I thought my GPA would really screw me over, but guess it didn't. Excited to go to Harvard! Will make a burner soon and post. Happy to help :)

She's at BCG not big 4, that's the story
Of course. 3.9 GPA in engineering @ Pac12 undergrad, 730 GMAT, 2.8 years at ACN (analyst -> SA -> consultant). Anything I miss?
How old are you?
Thanks ACN 🐠🐟!
Well I'm not OP but I'm in HC after 20 years of medical challenges
Follow up question: how did you get into BCG from a public school
Accenture 2 is correct. I think we have "national targets", "semi-targets" and "local targets". Most of these schools fall into semi or local (maybe not UVA. Not sure there).
@ACN 5: I want to eventually work internationally and the sense I get is that Harvard (and to a degree, even Wharton) has a stronger brand than Stanford internationally. Also I know Stanford is big on tech and entrepreneurship, but I'm not completely sold on the hype, and personally want to work on the buy-side and/or in industry afterwards. Stanford was my top choice going in, but as I went through the process and talked to more people, decided Harvard was right for me. Stanford's a great school though!
Totally makes sense - I'd agree Harvard has a much stronger international presence. Personally I'm looking to go into health-tech and funding just gets thrown at Stanford MBAs like it's candy haha.
Nice!
What's your story? Why did you think you wouldn't be in a position to reject it?
