I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

Quiting is for quitters that want more money, less toxic environment and less hours.
100% yes. I am an A3 and have been working under the same manager since I started, across different jobs. Though he isn’t my career coach, I whole heartedly believe he has had the biggest impact on my career round table discussions, far more than my coach and RL. He goes to bat for his people who earn it - even though he isn’t obligated to participate in the CRT process for me since I’m not his coachee, he makes sure he is involved and everything I’ve contributed is fairly considered. He genuinely cares about his teams and not only wants those who earn it to succeed, but does things to help us get there.
Wow. Nice to see I’m not the only one fighting for people.
Leaving the team should not be an option then! Don't be a quitter!
Just leave the firm 😀
Leaving the firm should not be an option. That's for quitters
Agreed. And if you don’t have a solid coaching relationship with a manager or senior manager above you, you have to find the right person. Someone that will go to bat for you.
😮
I agree though, if you want to stay with the firm, you just need to move somewhere you want to be (same for leaving the firm)
