Some states have passed laws that ticket anybody who restricts flow of traffic in passing lanes regardless of speed. I love it.

That drives me nuts, too.

I also hate when someone is riding my a$$ in the left lane when there's clearly traffic in front of me, or when I am in the process process of passing on the left. I never hang out in the left lane, but I experience tailgating as hostile "in my space" driving.
